REFUND & RETURN POLICY — ZenPawsShop

We offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Used pet products for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged by misuse

REFUNDS:
Once return is approved, refund will be 
processed within 5-7 business days to 
your original payment method.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM:
If you received a wrong or damaged item,
contact us immediately — we will replace 
it at no cost.
